Lost or Damaged Packages

Faulty Goods: We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a faulty item and prefer a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
